Peanut Butter Banana Treats

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup xylitol free peanut butter
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey

Apple Pumpkin Spice

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Blueberry Bliss

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup xylitol free peanut butter

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, first combine together wet ingredients and then combine dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together with large spoon or with an electric mixer until ingredients form a smooth, non sticky dough (add more flour in small amounts if needed or add water if dough is too crumbly).
  3. Place small amount of flour onto clean, flat surface for dough prior to kneading.
  4. Knead dough to release any air bubbles and solidify dough.
  5. Roll dough out until desired thickness
  6. Cut dough into preferred shapes and place onto baking sheet covered pan
  7. Cook treats in over preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool before enjoying!
